The product works great, but the drive rattles in the case... I opened the case and added a tiny piece of foam to stop the rattling...

I received a very low quality drive and it failed after 2 hours of use. Highly recommend that you go with the name brands, or assemble your own hard drive. This was an absolute horrible buy. I was expecting to receive a Slim Drive as shown in the picture, but sadly this is not the case. There is nothing slim about it other than the fact that it is a 2.5" hard drive.Spend your money elsewhere.

This is an ordinary HD case with a HD inside. Mine came completely broken (nothing would happen after plugging on a laptop, a TV or whatever). I opened the case and guess what I see: the HD is completely smashed as if a car had run over it. I 'm glad that it didn't burn the USB ports that I tested it with. And now that I'm overseas I can't return it. So, stay alert against this type of sellers!!
