First of all I have cases by other companies that I use for various tech products. Some of the cases have foam for protection while others are merely thick for shock absorbancy BUT this one is the best so far. It's a nice size and should fit some of the larger external hard drives (it also fit my old HP PDA which is as large as the Samung Galaxy S III cell phones--big),.The outside is stiff and there is a zipper that goes all the way around. While I wasn't crazy at first about the elastic holder inside--elastic does tend to lose its elasticity over time--the zipper gives extra protection as you can upzip it partially to make sure your item is still secure. I do like the idea of the elastic holder as you don't have to take the drive out of the case to use it! The case is well sewn with reinforced areas--believe me that's important if you're constantly handling the case zipping and unzipping or if you drop it.The cases come in colors which is not just a girly thing. As I have two separate external drives for two different items I purchased two different colors so I don't get confused--my hard drives are also different colors. With all the tech stuff everyone owns now you can get coordinated and know what all your devices and cords are in without having to suffer a mental meltdown.

Excellent for keeping my external drive secure while if shifts from bag to bag.For the organizer this is a super product for many items you would like to keep all of their pieces and parts together in a colorful storage case.

These are sturdy, well made and hold a variety of drives. I am using them for WD My Passport, Toshiba and Silicon Power portable drives and they all fit fine. Also webbing and a strap on opposite sides to secure the drive and hold the cable and an additional thumb drive or two.The vendor was quick to follow up with an email, which I always take as a good sign, as a place that will offer good customer service and who stand behind their products.
